    The annual running costs for a Chalet are:

    * Site Fees for the 2018 Season are £900 per quarter payable quaterly in advance. These increase each year by RPI (inflation as set by the Bank of England). Site fees are payable on the 1st March, 1st June, 1st September and 1st December each year. (Pro rata if you purchase part way through a quarter)

    * Council Tax which is Band A for your Holiday Home and this is payable directly to Ceredigion County Council

    * Utilities – 1) Electric – which is individually metered to each chalet and 2) Water/Sewerage – which is paid on a ‘fair usage proportion basis’ by each chalet. Utility bills are paid quaterly in arrears directly to the park with an administration charge applied of £13.50 per invoice).

    * Holiday Home Insurance for your chalet which you must arrange (but with the insurance provider of your choice).

    * Any general maintenance costs as per your chalets requirements. The maintenance of your chalet is your responsibility.
