Sunset View Park is an exclusive development of luxury holiday homes in Twyning in Gloucestershire located above the historic Town of Tewkesbury which is just 1.5 miles away.
Sunset View Park has the benefit of a full 12 month holiday usage licence and the Park is open for holiday / recreational use ALL YEAR for every holiday home on the park. All owners of new holiday homes will be provided with a Holiday/Recreational licence which allows the Holiday Home to be sited at Sunset View Park for a minimum of 20 years.

Service and Administration charges are paid quarterly, the charge for 2017 / 2018 season is £583.25 plus VAT per quarter.
There is a Community Charge which includes all of the following: water consumption, sewerage treatment plant emptying / servicing charges, park business rates, refuse collection, electricity infrastructure and fire protection equipment servicing charge, grass cutting, grounds maintenance and general maintenance / repairs / replacements, and pitch lighting which is also charged quarterly, the charge for 2017 / 2018 season is only £97.80 plus VAT per quarter.
The only other outgoings are for the Gas / Electricity that is used and Insurance.
Season is from 1st of March to last day of February.

By Car Junction 1 of the M50 is approximately 1 mile away just north of Tewkesbury. There is easy access to the M5/M4 to London and South Wales and the M5 to Birmingham and the South West.
Please do not rely on the post code for your sat nav, please follow the following directions. from the m5 get off at junction 8, m50. approx. 1 mile get off at junction 1 and go to roundabout, take the 1st entrance a38 towards Tewkesbury, approx. 1 mile there is twyning garage is on the left, turn left just past but along side of garage and the park is then the 1st entr
