Sunset View Park is an exclusive development of luxury holiday homes in Twyning in Gloucestershire located above the historic Town of Tewkesbury which is just 1.5 miles away.

Sunset View Park has the benefit of a full 12 month holiday usage licence and the Park is open for holiday / recreational use ALL YEAR for every holiday home on the park. All owners of new holiday homes will be provided with a Holiday/Recreational licence which allows the Holiday Home to be sited at Sunset View Park for a minimum of 20 years.

Sunset View Park is for Holiday Home Owners and their Family / Friends only, no subletting, no club, no swimming pool, just relaxation.

Sunset View Park provides all the latest security facilities with a card operated electric barrier and installed CCTV.

Sunset View Park is open to families and we also welcome pets although dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Our Package Deal

All holiday homes sited on Sunset View Park will include a luxury siting package and will be fully prepared and connected ready to move straight in for you to enjoy straight away.

Package includes:

– Concrete base

– Parking space alongside each holiday home

– Delivery and siting of new home

– uPVC skirting

– Connection to all services

– Brick steps and paved paths

– 4 x 47kg gas bottles including gas bottle changeover valve

– Gas bottle storage container

Service and Administration charges are paid quarterly, the charge for 2019 / 2020 season is £650 plus VAT per quarter.

There is a Community Charge which includes all of the following: refuse collection, electricity infrastructure and fire protection equipment servicing charge, grass cutting, grounds maintenance and general maintenance / repairs / replacements, and pitch lighting which is also charged quarterly, the charge for 2019 / 2020 season is only £33.20 plus VAT per quarter.

Each holiday home owner is charged for a share of the parks Business rates which works out at approx £149 per holiday home including VAT for the season of 2019 / 2020.

Water and sewage is charged each quarter and the park bill is divided by the number of holiday homes sited on the park.

The only other outgoings are for the Gas / Electricity that is used and Insurance.

Season is from 1st of March to last day of February.

Dogs are accepted on Sunset View Park

How to get to Sunset View Park

By Car Junction 1 of the M50 is approximately 1 mile away just north of Tewkesbury. There is easy access to the M5/M4 to London and South Wales and the M5 to Birmingham and the South West.

Please do not rely on the post code for your sat nav, please follow the following directions. from the m5 get off at junction 8, m50. approx. 1 mile get off at junction 1 and go to roundabout, take the 1st entrance a38 towards Tewkesbury, approx. 1 mile there is twyning garage is on the left, turn left just past but along side of garage and the park is then the 1st entrance.
